Problem with Passport Canada is they take ages to give you an appointment for regular applications, should they ever give you any.

You can walk in at a Passport Canada location with your travel booking, and you can have your passport the next day. Fee is $100 per application, in addition to passports fees.

I received my invite email about 2 weeks ahead of ceremony, and the certificate was delivered 10 days after oath.

I applied without a travel booking, and they are expected to mail our our passports after 4 weeks. Add another week to have them delivered. I assume you should have yours in time, as they are able to deliver urgent passports within a day, or even a few hours.

Hamilton was my processing office, but oath invite was sent from Niagara. I took my test in January and had my oath in March.

They will give you the instructions to change the display name at the introduction part of the ceremony.

Should you have an urgent travel, you're better off applying for an urgent request at a Passport Canada location.;)

I went to the office in Burlington and arrived at 2.45pm.

Mail out will be on May 2nd.

I walked in at Service Canada today, as I do not have any travel within 25 days, waited in line for 1h before submitting my application. Passport will be delivered in 5 weeks.

I received mine today in mailbox. Canada Post stamp was March 23rd.

Congrats ! I had my oath on same day as you, but have not received certificate yet. Should be coming in soon.

I think they send it out a few days later.
