hi peinggay. try calling your dmp kung saan ka nag pa schedule to check. let them know na nag pa renew ka pa ng passport. ask mu cla if ok lng na present mo muna ang old passport lng. in our case they just looked for the passport to check the names lng if it is correct sa medical form.. un lng...
