Mine too. I just talked to IRCC; they are now opening envelopes from 18th January 2023. Two weeks ago, they were opening envelopes from 18th December 2022. So, things are progressing, albeit slowly. Did you link your application to your account?

When did you all submit your photo resubmission and when was it delivered? I called them up yesterday and they told me that they are opening photo resubmission envelopes from Dec 19th. Thanks :)
