Any news about your refund? I haven't received mine too. It said 6 to 8 weeks. I started counting since June 30, 2021. It's now 18 weeks and still no progress. All the replies from the webforms are all generic.

Finally received the PR Card today July 30, 2021. It arrived together with my Driver's License.

After submitting a webform (about OWP Application) today June 30, 2021, I immediately received a Letter from IRCC and they answered my query. Since I have the PR already, OWP will no longer be required and that the file will now be closed. Payment done through credit card will be credited to...

If there won't be any problems with your Background Check (Criminality and Security)...then you're ending towards getting your PR approved anytime soon. I'm quite sure you will pass the BGC with flying colors though. Congratulations in advance.

A Letter will also arrive to you stating the additional document that they need...whether it is for Biometrics, Medical, Police Certificate etc. Anything that has not been submitted yet or documents that expired needs to be re-submitted. Just wait for the Letter.

I heard and read that they will refund. I'm already happy with the PR....couldn't complain anymore. But the refund will be very nice.
