There you go, that's the reason why they are not convinced that you will leave Canada. Keep in mind, nowadays all information of the applicants are kept online and it is very easy to find discrepancies between applications. If you qualify for permanent residency I would suggest you apply for it...

Have you ever shown an intention to reside permanently in Canada? Or changed the purpose of visit from your previous applications, if any? It looks like the officer is convinced that you are not leaving Canada after your studies and states all possible reasons to support his/her opinion.

When did you do your medicals? they usually are valid for 1 year...

Actually it does not look like a bug. English assessment is mandatory, and here is the profile of a person who got the invitation today. Age:43-44 years Ielts: 5 in all sections Canadian experience: 1 year in a noc B No education assessment, so the education would be less than secondary school...

Heyyy that's definitely progress on your application. They review the additional documents at the very last stage of the application (when a decision is made). Most likely you will receive your COPR shortly. Good luck!

What I have noticed from previous posts, this happens very close or at the same day of finalizing your application! SO my best guess: you will receive your COPR within a week! Keep us posted :))
