I took my test and passed back in January, it's still "In Progress" in the Vancouver office, no words whatsoever for the last 10 months. Anybody had their case move to Decision Made in this period? Have they stopped processing everything?

I just got FP request today, I have seen horror stories of FP records getting lost in the mail when RCMP sends them via snail-mail, can I get the results and send them registered myself? What do you suggest? Also, which one is faster? RCMP directly or accredited centers?

I have a question, in case there is an issue with the application, does IRCC send you the AOR first and then they return it or do they just return the app without any acknowledgment?!
