I have been waiting since Feb 1st for an outcome on my study permit. I can not believe I am still waiting. Has anybody else ever waited this amount of time?

Has anybody applied for a study Visa within the UK? I applied Feb 1st, biometrics submitted Feb 18th and no update since. Processing times have dropped to 1 week so confused why I am still waiting. Interested to know if anyone else has had such a long wait too.
