Hi sir I have applied my loa on 5 th of October but still i did not received..i have a offer letter n CAQ letter. I have paid my one year tution fees so i have a transaction receipt can i lodge my file in embassy with this ??

I have applied my caq on 16 th of.october n my documents received by caq department on 19 th of October n it already took 30 days. So can you tell me when will i get my caq. I have deposited my college fees as well as GiC. Only 10 days are left to lodge my file in embassy....
