Please advice, my ITA application has been showing under review for just over 3months with no recent updates. How do I estimate how long this process would take. I don't know if others that applied around this time has been responded to. Is there a number to call to find out current status?

I completed by ITA application in October 2016 and the status on my portal has been showing that is under review till now. Is there any way of knowing what is happing or estimating the time this may be completed. Please I need advice
