Hi, My pgwp has expired, due to my passport expiry date. I just received my new passport, is it possible to renew my expired pgwp (I still have 2.5 years)? If I can, should I come back to Canada as a visitor and renew it? Or I can renew it outside Canada? (I am not in Canada now) Thank you...
