    I am a bit confused because my notes say under eligibility status:Recommend Passed but the location of my notes says "interview shelf" and open. also under paper file there's "application assignment due date oct 18/2013" can anybody please clarify this for me? thank you and good luck to all.

    hello friends, I am filling out the form to order the notes on my sponsorship file and it says if I select "sponsorship file" then it requires the consent of the principal applicant and/or sponsor. I am the sponsor and I was wondering does this mean I have to get the principal applicants...
