Forgot to attach documents when I submitted my study permit application

Applied TRV from US but no longer there to submit my passport from US
Hello everyone, I was in visitor visa in US when I applied for TRV online Dec 16th from there assuming I will get the response soon. Today I got Passport request from US and I am no longer there I came back to my home country. Should I mail my passport to US or call CIC? Appreciate your help.
