I am not able to submit a visitor visa application for my folks online. I have uploaded all the documents Right where the fee payments shows - I do not see any link which re-directs me to pay online I also do not see the link to submit the application. Please can anyone help? :o Thank you.

I have US visiting visa (valid for 10 years) on my Travel Document. I await my PR card in the mail. When I travel to the States with my visa, with what documents will I get back into Canada? On my COPR it clearly states "Not Valid for Travel" Please any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
