I finally got my passport request today :) They asked to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) on-line and "email" the payment receipt to them! Did anyone do this ? Also, they said to mail them passport and Biodata form (to indicate hight an eye colour), but no photo to Ottawa! I thought...
