Hello Does anyone know about the photo specifications for PR visa? I recently got my PPR, through email, they want 2 photos and have provided me with a link about the specifications of the photo (SIZE, etc...) but the link is BROKEN, i cannot acccess the link it keeps opening error messages...

if my original destination is to land in Halifax, NS, as per application, am I allowed to land in Vancouver or any other province and stay there?
