Today I passed 1 yr after application. Still in RBVO stage. Is there any person , same ?

This is for the second time my address disappeared on 27th jan. Previously it was disappeared for 23/24 days in Sept/2011... No change in status...still in RBVO Can anyone tell how many times this address disappear/reappear games happens??????????
