Me and my Fiancee will going to get married in the Philippines ( which is my country) this coming October 14, 2017. He is a Canadian Citizen. The thing is last september i apply for Tourist Visa which unluckily Declined.

REASON OF DECLINED!

the information in the travel and identity documents;
• the reason for the travel to Canada;
• the person’s contacts in Canada;
• the person’s ties to his or her country of residence (including immigration status, employment and family
ties);
• the person’s ability to pay for the trip and to support himself or herself while in Canada;
• whether the person is likely to respect the conditions of his or her admission to Canada;
• whether the person is inadmissible to Canada; and
• whether the person would be likely to leave Canada at the end of his/her authorized stay.

As of now i don't have work he's the one who's supporting me right now. So he's supporting me and he's the one who will going to pay everything from the ticket etc, everything that i needed in Canada. In short He will going to sponsor me. But i have bank statement record that i have $6,000 on my account which my fiancee put that on my account. He have a Moving Company bussiness in Canada.

My question is after the tourist visa declined what he needs to do or what we we need to do or what i need to do for my visa to Approved. What are strong ties. We really need your help please! Thanks xoxo :*

You need to be able to prove you can afford and support yourself. The fact he is paying for things is secondary as he is under no legal obligation to do so. You also need to prove strong ties to the Philippines. Property ownership, job, children, family, school, etc can show that. The fact you have been refused, you should order the GCMS notes for more detailed refusal reasons. These include the VO comments on your file. You will need to address those concerns before your TRV will be approved. Once you are married, it will become significantly more difficult to prove your ties to the Philippines.

Honestly, with no job, no property, no money of your own, a previous refusal and a Canadian husband, you will have little chance of being approved. At this point, you should be focusing on getting the sponsorship app prepared and ready to send after you are married.
