Hii everyone caips gcms report is really an eye opener. Refused cases do not apply without caips my case is a classic example

BE in Electronics and communications (2009-2013) 63% with 6 backlogs
Ielts 7 overall with minimum 6 each
1st time Applied for post grad diploma in management 2 years course under spp. Did not get decision in time and then they asked me for deferral offer letter for next intake which i provided then got refused after 89 days
As now I want to apply again I thought of getting my caips first and after reading the caips I am absolutely shocked.

Grad 12 in 2009. Went to university from 2009 to 2013 . Discrepancies in dates for bachelor. Currently not working or studying. Based on above, on balance, I am not satisfied that applicant is a bonafide student. Weighing the information on hand in this specific case the applicant has failed to establish that they are a bonafide temporary resident who will leave canada following the completion of their studies pursuant to section R216(1)(b) of IRPA. Refused
2nd time Applied again with same docs, but changed sop justifying why i want to study management as i was thinking refusal reason is because of the course. Rejected again

Caips report for second refusal
Case reviewed. PA has been accepted at Northern Lights college in Post Degree Business Management. I note previous refusal. I have reviewed his submissions regarding the grounds for the previous refusal, however they do not overcome my concerns regarding the proposed studies. The applicant has a bachelor engineering. He has submitted marksheets, the marksheets were verified at the last application and the authorities were unwilling to cooperate. I noted that the documents submitted show a 1 month gap in semesters (1st semester feb 2011 and 2nd semester march 2011) -this is inconsistent with university semesters. Based on the information before me , I am not satisfied that the proposed studies are reasonable giving the PA'S educational background, nor am I satisfied that the documentation submitted is genuine. The PA has failed to establish that he is a bona fide student and a temporary resident who would leave canada at the end of period authorised for stayas per R216(1)(b) of IRPA. Refused
Alright now what i understand from above is I had not submitted my backlog marksheets. I had 6 backlogs in first four semesters which is why there is inconsistency in 1st and 2nd semester results. Also, I think the immigration tried to verify this from my university but as you all know how hardworking people are there in our government universities that nobody got the time to reply to the immigration about my degree authenticity and backlogs so i got refused. This has made me sick (u can understand).

for the sake of God I have never applied for US visa. This really is bullshit. How is this even possible. Did they misunderstand me with some other guy with the same name.
I came to New Zealand in 2015 and I want to apply again to canada for masters.Please guys help me out. What do you think I should mention in my sop this time. I will definitely attach my backlog marksheets and should I mention that I have never applied for US and VO has got wrong information about me??

And what i advice is: please refused cases do not apply again without caips report.
