BIL : 21/01/2023
Eligibility completed : 07/03/2023
Background check started on 14/04/2023
ADR : 14/04/2023
Addition doc review : 12/05/2023
Background check completed on 20/02/2024
On the tracker all completed ( biometrics , eligibility, and background ) but nothing happened
No BVL no PPR

You should apply for GCMS notes so atleast you will get to know the final decision based on their assessment.
