Today cic call my employer and ask my job details (Job and duties) and also asked for my Experience period, but due to heavy work load or we can say a human error he mentioned wrong details like my experience time was 2012 to 2016 but by mistake he said 2015-2016. What will happen and what if CIC refuse me and what should i can do.

You could get a letter issued by your employer that states your employment history + job responsibilities. It must be issued by a person of authority.

You could also upload your scanned job offer letter + employment letter + tax returns going back to 2012 onward + a bank statement for your salary account from 2012 onward.... these documents will collectively prove that you were employed by the same employer since 2012.

You must send these documents as a single, combined PDF uploaded through the IRCC web form + email your local visa office ASAP.

Don't delay. You are probably being investigated for misrepresentation

Thanks for reply, But i received my salary in cash mode approx 20000/- INR (Indian Rupees). Rest my total income was approx 220000/- which under tax rebate in India. So i never filled Income Tax Return (ITR). I have salary slip for last one year of my job which is 2016. As one of my friend told me that salary slip will help me in future so i ask for salary slip in 2016.Is there any other way or provide them a fresh letter from company that it happened due to miscommunication or negligence from employer.

Based on your posts, it could seem like your income or employment is not legit. Not sure how your employer accounts for your salary paid as cash in the company accounts especially as there are no records for it.

Your salary must have increased year-on-year, isn't it? Is it still paid as cash (after demonetization)? And, is it still below taxable limits?

Even if your income is below the taxable limits, it is advisable to file 'Nil returns' as this helps to prove you have genuinely earned income (for a visa application) + for claiming any other benefits.

Your employer must provide a letter + other conclusive evidence to prove your salary was paid as cash since 2012. For example, did you sign cash receipts for the cash salary each month? Did you deposit the amounts each month in your bank account? Does your employment letter state you will be paid as cash? Profession Tax records of the employer to prove you are an employee? And, if I'm not mistaken, as a salaried employee whose salary is below taxable limits, you are entitled to government medical benefits, right? Do you have evidence to prove this point?
