OINP application clarification

Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone can help me since I cant seem to find related answers,
I just got an NOI for Ontario and started to do my application for OINP so here are a couple of my questions:
1. I have My Masters ECA from WES which I got from Australia , But my Bachelors is from Philippines and I have tried contacting my school and started the process to get them to send my TOR to WES but from the looks of it, It won't make the 45day cut-off deadline for OINP, so question is can I only include my Masters only in OINP education history because I have an ECA for that? what happens to my bachelors degree? where to do I place the details and do I still include the documents?
2. For work reference letters I have one from each supervisor I have had same position but different companies so I have 3 work reference letters is that enough? and then I have my pay slips, my contracts, employment forms etc, is that enough? how many letter do I need?
3. For the part that you have to fill the box in mention your intent in Ontario is this where I write a letter? or the letter is for the Documentation section, so what should I include in this box if not the letter then?
4. For passport do I just need most recent passport and pages of visas and stamps or do they mean all passports I have owned my whole life?
5. What is the passport image size in the photo section?
6.What does the bank letter look like and what does it say? I have asked my bank and they keep saying they don't provide such letters

I really hope someone could help me, It is quite expensive in Australia for an agent they want to charge me 3000 just for basic information, I have searched everywhere and have general Idea but I want to be 100% sure based on actual successful peoples experience in 2023 and also a lot of information in YouTube is in other languages, I really appreciate everyone's input and help and hope we can be of help to each other in clarifying these question! Thank you so much!

Just fyi you need Wes eca for 'immigration' purposes. Regular Wes eca won't work. You can only show masters in education history as only highest degree needs eca. Bachelor's can go in personal or other history.

Hey!
1. I ended up just submitting my masters ECA and didn’t include my bachelors in education but I did mention my bachelor study in History as well as my letter of explanation
3. I wrote like a short letter of intent like why I really want to move to Canada on that page but had a longer letter of intent in the documents explaining everything.
4. Just submitted the photo page, stamp page and last page of my recent passport just combine them in one pdf.

Hey, thanks a lot for your response. A quick follow up to that, what explanation did you provide for Bachelors?
Also, for work history, how many proofs of compensation did you submit?

Hey!
For the Bachelors I mentioned din a letter stating that I didn't get ECA because only highest education was requested, But I did try to reapply in WES to add my bachelors and just added a screenshot of that in the letter as well stating that the result would not come back right away just to kind of show that I did try to get ECA for Bachelors as well.
For work, I added all my jobs, I had same job but 3 different places, so I did get letter of employment or contact, reference letter from supervisor and pay slips from all 3.

Hey guys can some one please help me with information I have submitted my application for onip master graduate stream I have two question
1.after going through schedule A,B,C,D in summary it asks me about ECA number I dont require ECA AND I have not ticked the below conditions which doest habe the astrik is it okay ???
2.I have submitted my application when I go n login to onip i dont see any documents which i uploaded is it common ??

3(1) An eligible foreign national is a member of the category established in section 2 if they are not a member of the class referred to in paragraph 2(d) of the Express Entry Instructions and if they meet the following requirements:

  1. within the three-year period preceding the day on which the category was established, they have accumulated, over a continuous period, at least six months of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, in one of the occupations referred to in the table of this section;
  2. during that period of work experience they performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification; and
  3. during that period of work experience they performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, including all of the essential duties.
(2) Despite subsection (1), an eligible foreign national is not a member of the category established in section 2 if the work experience described in paragraphs (1)(a) to (c) was not accumulated within the three-year period preceding the date the officer receives their application for permanent residence.



Question 1: As per point 1 does experience in STEM CATEGORY or HEALTHCARE CATEGORY need to be gained before any of these Categories were established??
Question 2: do our experience for category based draws need to be a PRIMARY OCCUPATION for FSW'S (i.e that will mean 1 year of continuous experience in the same NOC code not 6 months which is the requirement for category based draws)
