Even if i pass through that check, wont the courier person asks for ID proof when delivering the card? or if you are planning to post the card abroad, wont it be caught due to RFID chip?

Hi guys, I would wanted to clarify something regarding collection of PR cards. Is it still allowed to provide the address of a family/ friend address in Canada to receive the PR card or has this process changed and they're asking for the candidate to collect it?

Ya that is the plan but not sure if they accept this anymore. Saw a post which said they have changed this process and you will have to be present in Canada to collect the PR card. To your point above, if i have to go back to Canada before i receive the PR card, that is when i want to clarify...
