Officer asked me to if I have my original Ielts result. I explained that my results with CIC and I only have the copy of it. She did not seem bother much and let me go.. This is my experience however it never guarantees that you will get the same result.

Received AOR by email today. They received my application on June 9th.

My application returned by CIC which they received on 11th due to some mess up by UPS. Once again I understand that CIC cut-off dates are serious. Even it does not make any sense.

Yeah mine was the same, It was only 4.5 hours drive away from Sydney at some other small city in NS but somehow they did manage to sent package back to Montreal than Halifax to Sydney. It is all computer doing the delivery arrangements, there is no human factor in it at all. Shame..

I agree with all comments. There is a little to zero chance to CIC will consider it as delivered by Jun 10th. But I also believe that Sydney is a very small town, All courier firms are very powerful and they had special departments for this kind of discrepancy to deal with. Will see the result...

Sent my package Jun8 and got a confirmation from UPS stating that will be delivered by June 10th to CIC-Sydney. However UPS managed to delay it and now my package will be delivered JUN 11. Than they will not processes your 2nd application or if they are clever enough they would take the papers from your second application attach it to your current one. At the end of the day, they are just regular office people working in that office, I am sure they would have a common sense about...

Well, Earliest I can send Monday. UPS guarantees 2 days delivery. So I think I am safe. Again if you would like to re-pay, you can do it too. Worst case you will get your money back from your return application.
