what do you guys prefer apply online for PR or by mail please?

Our case has been approved. Now we need to apply for PR card. When I went yo portal i see these two options, which one is ours? 1) Permanent Residence Application 2) Permanent Resident (PR) Card / PR Travel Document thanks in advance.

what do you guys recommend to apply for PR ourself after refugee approval or should we hire lawyer of agent ?

once person has gone through medical in refugee case, so for PR she has to go through medical process again ?

BOC submitted in July 2021 Hearing date receive in last week of April 26, 2022 Hearing date is August 02, 2022
