Notarized letter holds good and adds weight age to case. However you can submit the signed document and attach good funding proofs along with the home country ties to make case stronger for visitor visa.

Even I am June 9 applicant. Status changed with 3rd line - Started processing application on July 22, 2015. and have seen decision made status today. I have not received any email yet, just curious on how sooner it is reaching me :)
