Mirjahan is partially wrong, only medical . They will ask you what you will have to do. It's not like PR application, you have to do everything at the beginning. They will tell you if medical needed.But no Police clearance for sure.

Actually there is nothing called "Luck",but you will have to try in proper way. Think like that, you are visa officer, and you are only allowed to give visa to those guys who have proper documents and proofs .Otherwise, you will loose your job.There is nothing personal between you and visa...
