Courier has to be only one they wrote in their letter. DHL, FEDEX and 3rd one can't remember name. On your profile says they requested your passport February 26th. I hope you sent it by now

I agree, lawyer can't do anything for you. It will be waste of your money and time. I was thinking about this option as well before applying, but after finding this forum I realized lawyer can assist me only if they deny me for no reason or with some other issue, but for file that is in process...

Did they send you a paper with instructions ? In that paper should say how can you pick up your visa.

Hi All, In COPR (Confirmation of Permanent residence) they put wrong date of Birth for my Wife? In the letter they sent they said to email them any mistakes, but it doesn't say who to contact VO Vienna or CIC. I sent email to VO Vienna with no response yet.
