Dear Vedh, VFS took Rs1310 for two applications (Principal Applicant and Spouse). They call it applications and each person is considered one application, even though all our documents were sent in the same packet. You have to fill a VFS form to avail their service. Its not a just courier...

Dear Friends, With lot of happiness I want to share this good news with all of you that...We have received our Medicals today from NDVO. Only MRs received nothing else. No ECAS status change either. We are very happy. I pray all my friends here in the forum receive their MR/PPR/RPRF/Visas soon.
