I know it is REALLY hard for Thais to get TRVs. I would like to know, if I can get her a TRV, and we apply for a PRV inland, will immigration be obligated to extend her TRV while the PRV is being processed?

Yes, I will definitely file those returns as soon as I get there. If anything, they will probably send me gst cheques. That's what happened last time I filed a bunch of years at a time :o I make peanuts here, REALLY!
