Okay. Because we found out that she cannot apply for restoration after 90 days and AOR will not be before that. Also, we read somewhere that she cannot apply for restoration when on visitor visa. It's all very confusing.

Thank you for the reply. She is applying to non express entry PR today with the OINP nomination and will be applying for restoration of work permit based on that. Will that be okay?

She has a visitor visa of 10 years multiple entry that's still valid. Does that not qualify as valid status?

She already has a OINP nomination. Can she apply for BOWP while on visitor status?

Her PNP was master's graduate stream and did not require a job offer or employment. It was done when she was already laid off.

Also, the reason why she wants to restore her work permit is that she can start working if she gets a job in the meanwhile. She will not be able to do that on the visitor visa.
