Thanks... I Just finished his extension application . Hopefully his other application speeds up. Its been about 2 weeks since they accepted medicals. I figure it will take a while moving forward based on the timelines seen here.

One more thing to check would be the "FUNDS" which you Intend to carry to Canada. that needs to be equal to or more than the LICO.

You would not be the first to send a passport across borders.... :D I sent my passport last week on wednesday and got it back on 2nd May. I would recommend use fedex ... better tracking and more professional... Also you can get the invoices (for customs)from them directly ....
