Thanks gary! It took us 12 working days to get our passport back together with the CoPR. I started counting after it was delivered to Windsor. Regarding the passport, they attached an immigrant visa on it. Also there's a new option now to get the permanent residency status in Canada in CIO...

I suggest you should enter before your visa expires on Nov. 27, 2012. After that date, your visa will be invalid and cannot be used to enter Canada. Aren't you planning to move here and get settled?

Hi guys! I checked my Ecas today and saw that the status changed to decision made. Did u had that experience as well? I sent my passport and Windsor received it last Oct. 22. I am still waiting for the return envelope tracking to get activated.

I would suggest to do it on your own to save money. That is you have to read a lot of documents regarding your application. There is a guide that you can follow on the CIC website about application for Permanent Residency. Regarding the PNP application, I can only point you to the PNP website...
