After two years of waiting I got a letter dated March 29 that I don't satisfy all the work requirement. They could have told me two years ago! After wasting so much money....... Does anyone know if I get my application fee back?

Sorry to hear this, did they send you any email before they returned the application? I am also in a similar situation, my NOC is taken off the list, so if they send my application back I can't reaply.

This is their number you might want to give them a call: 304 625 5590. Option 2, then option 4 through 9. Perhaps, the finger prints were not done properly, or you did not use black pen to fill the forms.

Sent my application to CIO on April 29th; received by CIO on May 4th. After reading this board (I discovered the board yesterday), I am in for a long wait. For some reason I thought I could complete everything within 6 months if CIO gives the go ahead.
