I have a similar problem. I completed the ceremony yesterday but I don't have the instructions to download the e-certificate. Did you send an email to the same email address from which you received the ceremony details?

I used the same email address from which I had received the test invite. I just said that I have completed the test before August 20 but there is no update on my tracker yet, and asked them to check my file. That was it.

Tracker updated today. Test and LPP completed. I'm not sure if my email and web form made any difference, but it seems interesting that within 2 days of sending it, the tracker got upddated.

Unfortunately I don't know the correct answer to this question, as I wasn't in this situation myself. I believe they do require a residential address for the PR cards to be sent out. If you don't have that then I'm unsure what the best option would be.
