I haven't tried this but this is what I'd do: change your password to something that you would never remember - a mix of special characters, capital and small letters etc. Then log out. You will have essentially locked yourself out of your account

You attach your parent's bank statements since it's them who are catering for your expenses. For proof of living you could ask your landlord to give you rent payment receipts to show you have been living at his place for x period
