You need to send both passports as i belive you didn't update your new passport information with cic. Note down both envelope nos for future tracking. You can also send LOE. Put second envelope inside first one.

I m in Edmonton while delivering Passport they took 10 days i sent on 19 dec reached ottawa on 29 talked to them created service tickets for complaints but on return it took just 12 hours

It was activated on 4.17pm EST yesterday and got it today at 11.30 mountain time

Got my passports today

Call canadapost with talking no they will let you know from where u can collect passports

Canada post is hopeless. They ruined my holidays. Delivered Passports after 10 days to Ottawa. Not sure whether they really delivered it yet or not unable to do anything as cpc ottawa revert back that they dont confirm about delivery of Passports.
