My mother is on the visitor visa to visit me. her visa will expire on Sept 28th 2014. however, for some reason, she wants to stay until Oct 4th 2014. that is one week after her visa expired. is it gonna be a problem? We understand the implied status would be the best idea. thanks

I have been living here .... but since my work permit expired (so did my OHIP).. then I changed my status to Student while waiting for CEC.

I don't think any one would risk their job to testify. However, I have a statement from the company back in May with all my job details. there is a one month gap between the date on that statement to the date i was terminated. I think I should also write a letter to the CIC officer to explain...
