In my case, after 3 weeks of disappearnce of 'received' line I got finger prints request from CIC ST. Clair, Toronto. So its mean somebody started to work on my file at CIC Sydney.

Mine E-Cas was updated on very next morning after receipt of actual test letter in mail.

If you see front side of your permanent resident card, u will find there ID No/ No ID i.e., xxxx-xxxx. That is called Client ID and same you have to print on payment form. Regards

Thanks for your reply mate. Today I have my fingerprints taken at CII Fingerprinting Services Inc. They are affiliated with Commissionaires. Next week I will confirm from CIC wether recieved they FP results or not yet. Regards
