Hi Jevan, I am also pre 2008 applicant and my ecas also appeared as yours after 5 months. I applied for refund and not litigant. I am also Pakistani. So is this any progress for Pakistani's applicant or others nations also experiencing the same as us. Kindly response.

Not lucky as you. System could not identify my details. I think they terminated my case. I am December 2006 applicant but not litigant. :'(

Dear Annel, Before reading your message I had a thinking that litigants applications status changed from DM to Blank. Because I am not a litigant and filed application in December 2006. My status remained on DM. I could not understand what does it mean? ::)

But my status remained DM, I am not litigant and submitted all documents with application in December 2006.I think litigants application status changed from DM to Blank, depending on the decision court will take. :o

Dear All, Today I got same automated response as some of you got. So those whom application status has been changed from in process to decision made need to lose their hopes if they hold any. Sabiha :'(
