Have completed education in Canada and now am on PGWP. On updating my EE profile I am still not getting the 30 points for Canadian education. Have also filled in the DLI number. Any advise on what to do?

I have created my express entry profile but am not getting the 30 points for having completed my education in Canada. (Masters ). Please advise, how can I update my profile. I have answered yes for all questions except the last 2. Have also filled the DLI number. Please advise necessary action.

My husband has completed all his degree requirements from a Canadian university in Dec 2016. He has been given a transcript too. His convocation is in June 2017. How should he answered the question for - Have you earned a Canadian degree or diploma? Please advise. Thanks.
