last month I passed my passport and our marriage certificate... and when i check ECAS last night decision made.... hopefully i can also receive my visa.. thanks.. ")

hi everyone.. :) i want to ask if it is possible that after 3 weeks of passing your passport and other documents that they already made a decision? because in my case they already made a decision within 3 weeks? should i be nervous? so how will i know if our application is rejected or not...
