no, don't worry about it...that is a false information. You can get get your landing papers processed in any province in Canada except Quebec. My mom, landed in Toronto last April, and it went just fine. My hubby is doing the same as well on 06 February :)

If ur plane lands first in vancouver, then officially your port of entry is vancouver---meaning all ur landing process will be done there
