Landing with only COPR - eTA or no eTA?

Hi Amontella. I’m in the exact same situation. May I ask what you ended up doing, and the outcome please? Thanks very much!

    ITA receivers - May 23rd - 90th Draw

I had the same issue, I submitted my application yesterday and hope what I have done is ok. I bank with Santander UK. I requested a reference letter around 2 weeks ago and once received it did not meet CIC requirements. After speaking with Santander they advised they cannot amend the standard...

    ITA receivers - May 23rd - 90th Draw

On your point 3 - if it helps I have just submitted my application and I have the same employer reference letter for all the roles I am claiming points for. I uploaded the same pdf for each role. As the letter covers the role in question, I can't see it causing an issue.

    ACCA equivalency

Yes, I chose two or more degrees, and provided the WES details for each one as support. Good luck!

    ACCA equivalency

It shouldn’t be. I received a bachelor degree of finance in the U.K. and this also gave me exemptions from some ACCA papers. WES evaluated these as two 4 year degrees, so all things being equal, you should also get the same evaluation from WES.

Express Entry Step by step instructions.

That's very helpful, thank you. I should hopefully receive the UAE PCC before I receive ITA. So on reflection, I am planning to upload the certificate with the initial application, perhaps with an LOE explaining that I have included it just in case it should be needed at a later stage.

Express Entry Step by step instructions.

I'm expecting an ITA in the next draw and I I have a question about police certificates. CIC guidance reads: "You need one for every country, other than Canada, where you stayed for more than 6 months in a row in the last 10 years since you were 18 years old" I'm sure I recall reading on the...

OINP - HCP - Application Submitted February and March 2018

Extremely happy to confirm I received nomination today under HCP. Took a while (~ 77 days from submission to nomination) but thought I'd let this group know that OINP are still issuing nominations. Good luck to all those still patiently waiting for a decision.

OINP - EE - Human Capital Priorities Stream - Comprehensive Guide

Ah ok - understood. The case I was referring to was HCP submitted 5th Feb and nominated 1st May (85 days later). However you're quite right - of the applications moved to DIP late April, none have received nomination yet. Everything seems to suggest OINP are intending to wait until close to 90...

OINP - EE - Human Capital Priorities Stream - Comprehensive Guide

Good to know we're both in similar positions! Yes, I think I see the same info as you - only one 2018 HCP application has received a nomination on the tracker (user: theam7). Correct me if you believe this was also Skilled French / Skilled Trades though? As that changes the picture slightly.

OINP - EE - Human Capital Priorities Stream - Comprehensive Guide

Yep the same, April 27th from memory. Looking at the immitracker it seems many applications went DIP around the same time. Still waiting...........

OINP - EE - Human Capital Priorities Stream - Comprehensive Guide

I wouldn’t be too concerned. Mine was in submitted for two full months. Then assessment for one day, then swiftly onto DIP (been in DIP for one week now). The 60-90 day processing time from OINP seems to be what they are working torwards. If no change after 60+ days then might be worth giving...

Ray of Hope - 89th Draw

Yes that will work fine, having one of these as a reference will make things easy for Ontario. Worst case scenario - OINP will send you an ADR. You can then confirm this has been made available via WEs, and provide them with the reference you used. Good luck!
