Hi, In the application form, we are supposed to inform NSOI our contact information within 30 days after landing and keep them updated for the coming 3 years. Any ideas how we do that? make an appointment with NSOI or just drop them an email? Thank you.

... hmmm.... 20k fund for family of 3 is close to the min requirement ... have you tried input a larger amount? say 24,000 to see if it's the reason that stall your application ... remember to change it back to whatever you have if it works though

My guess would be your employment .... for examples, you have changed six jobs so far and each one lasted for less than one year's time.
