Visa officer didn't asked for the reason. Officer need Proof of travel. I think here is the only way to prove this via attaching all the scan pages of passport so that officer should know that there was no entry or exit stamp on the passport so obvious that person never enter into the United States.

This is my status since day one Aug 8th till now. My Office is LVO. Can anyone tell me where I'm after 4 months ?

I think only In-Land and Provincial nominations getting PPR. Never seen any Out-land till today with good news right? Anyone from Out-Land and London Visa Office (LVO) receive any Email (PPR) since August ?
