I am working as power engineer and while filing the form of express entry they asked from which date do you qualify to work as this post. But in my country India no any kind of power certificate is issued nor any kind of mandatory requirement so which date i should enter. joining date can be done?

Hi, As per noc description of mech engg I have 7 years work experience I power sector bu I also have worked in 2 other firm but it does not match with the duties described for mech engg what should I do?
