I'm from india, CIC can do any mistakes ha ha ha :P :P.. i read in this forum that they send someone's application to other guy, who also happens to be in india(luckily), fortunately he was generous enough to send the other persons documents to him. :)

Folks, I received my package back today morning, by regular post.. :'( My app was sent to sydney on 24-Oct-2014. There is one cover letter in the package which said im not eligible to apply as my NOC 2171 is capped out. Also it seems these guys had sent my application to jamaica by mistake...
