My WES report took below 24 hours to change the status to delivered. As its Sat and Sun, mostly they change it by Monday.

Mailing documents again or e-mailing soft copy is just vain. CIC donot accept individual documents, neither request for documents. If any of these two things happens, its a miracle. Anyway only option is wait until u get your application back and hopefully you can apply again and be in cap limit

last year applied under 2174 Looks like by the time I apply, it might get tight this year as well. So planning to change my NOC this time 2173 can be an other option. But 2172 can also be an option for me as my company is flexible in providing my roles and responsibilities :D

You can apply but I'm afraid your 2174 experience of 4.2 years will be discarded. CIC clearly mentioned in selection criteria that you should be working since past one year under the NOC you are going to apply for. That means you can claim only 1.8 years of 2172 but not 4.2 years of 2174, as...

Highly recommended to apply with in your NOC as your documentation on work experience will be without any fault. One small mistake is all it takes for huge disappointment.
