I sent my application for citizenship from Toronto on October 17, 2016. When should I tentatively expect Acknowledgement and file number?

Hi guys, I have been a very casual reader of you here. I arrived 11 Oct. 2012 and never travelled out of canada. When tentatively 4 of 6 rule apply?? plz reply.

It seems duscussion on the C-24 is not thriving. It is very slow. My friend is supposed to complete his residence requirement by 2nd week of Nov. 2014 what do you think will he be affected or saved from the bill???

I intend to fly on 11th of October and stay in Thorn cliff Toronto hope to get flat soon. One of my good friends stays there for last 3 years. Mostly Pakistani, Indian and other Asians live there. Its ironically referred as Isl. Rb. of Thorncliff.
