Hi All, I paid courier fee for passport submission but my home address is not in service area so I provided my friend's address. Should I be present at my friends address during the pick up time or the courier agent can pick up from my friend? Thanks in advance

Thanks, only three TRVs are approved for sure, but I could not verify my mothers TRV status because of the incorrect passport number. As you said, hopefully her TRV is also approved (knock on the wood). I have to wait till the passports arrive.

Thanks Bryanna for your response. My moms application is not delayed. As per the vfs status, all four passports are on their way to my home. I could not link my moms application in cic online account but I have successfully linked other three and the status is approved.

I applied for my parents and in-laws on 27th July from Hyderabad vfs, application is still in Banglore.

Another suggestion is to call from different numbers. From my experience they are keeping track of conversations based on mobile number so they can cut you off without opening the file
